Fruits, Nuts & Vegetables

Fruits, nuts, and vegetables are the sources of vitamins and nutrients. Nature is full of different kinds of fruits, nuts, and vegetables. The quality of fruits, nuts, and some vegetables is that these can be eaten without cooking and boiling at the same time they are handy and are filling. These can be utilized alone or with other food items e.g. as shakes and juices.

The variety of fruits and vegetables varies according to season and geographical conditions in different countries. In summers, shakes and juices like mango shake, banana shake, pineapple juice, apple juice, carrot juice, orange juice etc offer a sigh of relief and provides energy to the body to fight against heat. Be it a breakfast, lunch or dinner vegetables are an indistinguishable part of every bodies meals. Whether cooked with traditional Indian spices, boiled, steamed, stuffed, or raw as salad vegetables are always in demands.

Carrot, cucumber, beans, pumpkin, ladyfinger, onion, potato, spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, etc are mostly consumed vegetables. Likewise, mango, banana, apple, pineapple, papaya, orange, watermelon, coconut, peach, etc are some of the most popular vegetables and fruits. Nuts are also consumed by people across the world singly or as adjuvant in several dishes and products like chocolates and cakes.
